It doesn't matter whether you have experience in Dragon boating or not, Capital Dragons welcomes everyone! 

What do you need to bring to your first practice?

Required documents:
  • ADSYC Disclaimer Form (download here*)
  • Capital Dragons Liability Form (download here*)
  • 2 Copies of your Emirates ID
  • 2 Copies of your Insurance card
  • Passport size photograph​
* Above forms are configured with electronic fields, so you can fill and sign using Adobe Reader. Alternatively, please print and fill them in manually.
What to wear?
Clothes and footwear you don’t mind getting wet. 

Don’t forget to bring extra clothes to change into after practice, a bottle of water to keep you hydrated and sun protection if you need to.

Location and Timings 

Capital Dragons is based at Abu Dhabi Sailing and Yacht Club opposite Marina Mall, between the "abandoned Village" and the "Heritage Village".
